How many users do I need?

Our platform enables users to engage in a variety of activities, including creating and contributing to projects, uploading content, collaborating, and conducting analysis and research. Typically, our customers purchase user seats for their Product Managers, Research Teams, Design Teams, and Marketing Teams, leveraging our diverse functionalities for their organizational needs.

What is considered a viewer?

Similar to users, viewers possess accounts, but their capabilities are limited to searching, viewing, and commenting within projects, without the ability to upload, create, or edit. To facilitate collaboration across your organization, we offer unlimited viewer access at no extra cost, allowing you to include as many participants as needed in your projects.

What happens if we cancel our subscription?

You can continue using Spaceduck until the end of your current billing cycle. Following this, your workspace will be maintained in a read-only format for an additional 30 days, giving you the opportunity to export your data. Once this 30-day period concludes, your data will be removed in line with your data retention policy. Please note that we do not provide refunds.

Can you send me an invoice?

Certainly, we will provide you with an invoice.

Can we pay in other currencies?

We accept payments exclusively in USD.

How is tax calculated?

Prices are listed exclusive of taxes, and additional charges such as GST, VAT, US Sales Tax, etc., may be added to your invoice.

How often do you update the Spaceduck library?

We regularly update our content on a weekly basis and promptly refresh existing apps in response to their major design releases.

Do you have discounts for students and educators?

Currently, we do not offer alternative plans. However, everyone is welcome to start with our free Starter plan and upgrade as their needs evolve.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards for all our plans. Additionally, those opting for Enterprise plans have the option to request invoicing and make payments via wire transfer.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You have the flexibility to cancel your Spaceduck subscription at any time. Please be aware that refunds are not issued for cancellations. Nevertheless, you will retain access to all membership features until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not available in our policy. However, if you choose to cancel your plan prior to the upcoming renewal cycle, you will continue to have access to the paid features until your subscription period concludes. Upon expiration of your subscription, access to these paid features and any data linked to them will be revoked.
