What files do you support?

All file types are supported for upload, but how they are processed depends on the file extension. If we're unable to render a file, it will be stored as a downloadable item.

We currently support: GIF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, AVIF, SVG, BITMAP, ICON, TIFF, HEIF.

Video

We currently support: MP4, QUICKTIME, WEBM, MATROSKA, AVI.

Audio

We currently support: AAC, 3GPP, 3GPP2, OGG, FLAC, MIDI, MP3, WAV, WEBM.

Document

We currently support: PDF, DOC, DOCX, MD.

Note: DOC and DOCX files are converted to PDFs on the platform, but you can always download the original file whenever needed.

Are there any size limits?

Our plans are designed to be fair and unobtrusive. To maintain our current pricing, we've implemented storage limits for Spaceduck usage.

The PRO plan allows individual file uploads up to 1GB and a total storage capacity of 500GB. Bulk uploads are also supported.
