Exceeding your plan limits

Monthly limits

Our AI usage is limited by a monthly token allowance per user. Once you reach your token limit, you'll need to wait until the beginning of the next month to access the functionality again.

Hard limits

Each workspace has a storage limit of 500GB. Once you reach this limit, you'll need to delete some items to free up space or upgrade to an Enterprise plan to access additional storage.
