What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can continue using Spaceduck until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your workspace will switch to read-only mode, allowing you to access and export your data at any time. If you decide to renew your subscription, you'll be able to resume editing your content and access paid features as usual. If you'd like us to delete your account and its content, please email us at support@spaceduck.com. We'll confirm your request first, and once we receive your confirmation, we'll permanently delete your data.
