Billing FAQ

Can I download an invoice?

Of course! Simply go to Workspace Settings > Billing & Plan, click on Manage Subscriptions, and download your invoice in PDF format from there.

Can I get a refund?

For any questions about refunds or your subscription status, please email us at support@spaceduck.com. If your most recent charge was within the last 30 days and the request is reasonable, we'll be happy to issue a refund.

Do you have a student plan?

As a small, independently funded company, we typically can't offer discounts. However, students are important to us, so we've created a 50% student discount. To qualify, you'll need an official educational email address and proof of enrollment, such as a student ID. The discount is valid until the end of your degree.
